Subnautica review:

Subnautica(2018) is a open-world underwater adventure game. So, the story goes as follows: You are on the Aurora, when it crashes. You escape in Lifepod 5 and try to survive on an alien world. I've only done 6-7 hours at time of writing, (10 at update) but already I've :

  • Almost been rescued (Yes, almost)
  • Tracked down 2 other Lifepods, got transmissions from 2 more.
  • Started a base, (Now I NEVER have to go to my lifepod.)
  • Found out the drinking water is.. Non-Vegetarion?
  • Been killed by a crab-spider thing multiple times.
  • Watched spaceships explode.
  • Anyway, I played it on a PlayStation 4, and something interesting: When you want to name a storage container(the equivalent of a Minecraft chest) time freezes and it brings up the PlayStation typing menu, which lets you use the touchpad or motion sensor typing.

7/10, because the game can get boring after the first ten hours or so.

P.S. if you're going to get the game, make sure you view the survival file on the PDA. It's like a guide for the first part of the game.
